You need 3 browsers:
1. For general use-medium security. I recommend Google Chrome.with its popup blocker loaded and Safe Browsing turned on in Advanced Settings.
2. For SECURE browsing or involved searches. I recommend Mozilla Firefox with NoScript extension. Very easy to stumble into a bad site!
3. For buggy retailer: Safari (Mac) / Edge (Microsoft).
AND:
ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD ANTI-VIRUS ACTIVE WITH CURRENT VIRUS DEFINITIONS.
NOTE: You reduce your chances of getting a virus from a web age by limiting your use of the mouse. Most such viruses are launched with the "on mouseover".trigger. Page Up, Page Down, Up, Down, Up, Down keys are safer.
